Cake Crush is a bespoke bakery in the Peak District. Mo creates extra special cakes for your extra special occasions.
We worked together on a template restyle of the Amara Website Template to align with Mo’s vision for the brand: fun and creative. We focussed the website around showcasing Cake Crush’s extensive portfolio of custom bakes.
The design featured accents of bright sprinkles and an ice cream colour palette to create a unique feel.
What did life feel like before working with me?
My website was like the elephant in the room. I knew it had to change but I didn't have a clue where to start.
And whats different now?
I love my new website, and I love the fact that I can change and update it. I have learnt so much and Eleanor has been a patient, knowledgable and friendly guide through what would have been an overwhelming task to complete on my own.
What hesitations did you have about hiring me?
I was a bit worried about not being tech enough to complete the tasks.
How would you describe your experience of working together?
Very positive. Eleanor puts you at ease and is very knowledgeable not only with the technical side of the website but also with the visual layout.
What has been your biggest result?
I think finding out about my business and who I am selling to. I have a clearer vision as to where I want to be in the market and also my limitations.
What else would you like to share about your experience?
I loved the fact that I knew that by the end of the week I would have my website up and running.I needed a schedule otherwise if it had beed left with me it would have dragged on for months!
