I was recently searching for a specific type of service online. I scrolled down and opened three links in new tabs for me to take a look through. (I don’t know about you but it’s always in the power of three with these things!)

The first looked okay. You know, nothing special but they did the job and had a contact number on. Functionality was definitely winning over design here and I wasn’t feeling a connection. I moved on to the next…

Was this website made with me in mind? I sent a message and booked them in the next day.
